Re-certification application

 

The Rules and Regulations summarized below read as follows:

4.3.3    Application for Re-Certification…

A properly completed application for re-certification shall be received by the National Elder Law Foundation (NELF) not more than one year, or less than two months, before the expiration date of the certificate of certification. Individuals filing re-certification applications more than one year after their certification expires shall be denied certification. In such case the certification process must begin anew.

Applications for re-certification received less than two months before the expiration date will be assessed a $150.00 late fee.
